I’m Aidan Whitehead, an executive and leadership coach who realized that students and graduates need to be coached too!
My journey began when I moved from Ireland to New York City at 27, where I spent over 30 years mastering a successful career on Wall Street. From the fast-paced floor of the New York Stock Exchange in the '90s to managing capital and leading trading teams at top investment banks, I thrived in some of the most high-pressure environments in finance.
Along the way, I also faced personal challenges that shaped my approach to leadership, and life. Raising three amazing children, coping with the loss of friends and mentors on 9/11, and dealing with family tragedies and self-doubt taught me the value of perseverance, emotional intelligence, and the importance of aligning personal values with professional goals.
It was managing equity traders to their full potential through volatile markets that sparked my passion for coaching. I deepened my expertise through training at the NeuroLeadership Institute and The Neuroscience Academy — becoming obsessed with the brain’s ability to unlock human potential.
My coaching companies Whitehead Leadership Mastery and uNeed a Coach have been great successes, helping executive and individual clients worldwide realize their professional and personal dreams, while having fun along the way.
