Service Description

The Career & Life Accelerator is our most immersive and fulfilling package, designed for college students ready to commit to meaningful growth over a full academic year. Starting with the momentum of 3 Months to Launch Your Life, this program gradually transitions support as your self-competency grows, giving you support when you need it most and space to apply what you’ve learned. Ideal for college juniors and seniors, and also suitable for very motivated freshmen and sophomores, this package helps students navigate academics, career decisions, and life transitions while building long-term self-leadership skills. Most of our clients use this package across their entire junior and senior year, forming a deep, ongoing coaching relationship that provides guidance, accountability, and motivation through every stage. Program structure: *Months 1–3: Launchpad Intensive Goal Setting Session plus weekly 1-hour sessions to clarify goals, set direction, and build momentum. *Months 4–6: Biweekly 1-hour sessions to track progress, address challenges, and reinforce motivation. *Months 7–9: Monthly 1-hour sessions to refine skills, celebrate wins, and maintain focus. *Months 10–12: Sessions as needed to check in, overcome obstacles, and stay on track. Concierge support included: Between sessions, you can reach out to your personal coach for text check-ins, phone calls, as-needed guidance, or accountability support—helping you stay motivated and moving forward.
