Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation. This free 30-minute consult gives you the chance to meet your coach, share what you’re looking for, and see if our approach feels like the right fit. During the session, we’ll: - Learn about your current situation, challenges, and goals. - Answer any questions you have about coaching and how it works. - Explore which of our coaching packages or sessions might be the best next step for you. There’s no pressure and no obligation—it’s simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for how we work. Think of it as your starting point: a space to pause, reflect, and begin shaping the support you need.
